زمینه: اختلال شخصیت مرزی، یکی از پیچیدهترین اختلالات روانی است که تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی و سبکهای فرزندپروری ناسازگار در شکلگیری و تشدید آن نقش دارند. علیرغم مطالعات متعدد در این زمینه، تاکنون نقش میانجی سبک عاطفی در رابطۀ بین ادراک از فرزندپروری پدر با تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی در زنان دارای نشانگان اختلال شخصیت مرزی مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی سبک عاطفی در رابطه ادراک از فرزندپروری پدر با تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی در زنان دارای نشانگان شخصیت مرزی بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان دانشجوی شهر بجنورد در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بود. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند با مرحله غربالگری انجام شد و از بین افراد جامعه، 200 نفر بهعنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش نیز با استفاده از پرسشنامه اختلال شخصیت مرزی (لیشنرینگ، 1999)، مقیاس تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی (حمامچی و بویوک اوزتورک، 2004)، مقیاس ادراکات والدین (رابینز، 1994) و پرسشنامه سبک عاطفی (هافمن و کاشدان، 2010) جمعآوری شدند. همچنین تحلیل دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و 24-AMOS انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود. همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم درگیری پدر بر تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی با میانجیگری پنهانکاری (066/0-=β)، سازگاری (052/0-=β) و تحمل (033/0-=β) منفی و معنادار است و پنهانکاری نقش میانجی بیشتری دارد. علاوه بر این، اثر غیرمستقیم حمایت پدر از خودمختاری نیز فقط با میانجیگری پنهانکاری (050/0-=β) بر تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی منفی و معنادار است. همچنین، مؤلفۀ گرمی پدر نیز فقط با میانجیگری سازگاری اثر غیرمستقیم و معناداری بر تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی (033/0-=β) دارد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش مبنی بر نقش مهم سبکهای عاطفی بهویژه پنهانکاری (بهعنوان یک سازۀ هیجانی ناسازگار)، در تبیین رابطه میان درک افراد از شیوههای فرزندپروری پدر و تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی، بر پرداختن به الگوهای هیجانی نوجوانان در مداخلات درمانی و لزوم توجه همزمان به ابعاد شناختی، هیجانی و محیط خانوادگی در درمان اختلالات شخصیت مرزی تأکید میشود.

یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود. همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم درگیری پدر بر تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی با میانجیگری پنهانکاری (066/0-=β)، سازگاری (052/0-=β) و تحمل (033/0-=β) منفی و معنادار است و پنهانکاری نقش میانجی بیشتری دارد. علاوه بر این، اثر غیرمستقیم حمایت پدر از خودمختاری نیز فقط با میانجیگری پنهانکاری (050/0-=β) بر تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی منفی و معنادار است. همچنین، مؤلفۀ گرمی پدر نیز فقط با میانجیگری سازگاری اثر غیرمستقیم و معناداری بر تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی (033/0-=β) دارد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش مبنی بر نقش مهم سبکهای عاطفی بهویژه پنهانکاری (بهعنوان یک سازۀ هیجانی ناسازگار)، در تبیین رابطه میان درک افراد از شیوههای فرزندپروری پدر و تحریفهای شناختی بین فردی، بر پرداختن به الگوهای هیجانی نوجوانان در مداخلات درمانی و لزوم توجه همزمان به ابعاد شناختی، هیجانی و محیط خانوادگی در درمان اختلالات شخصیت مرزی تأکید میشود.
