زمینه: مرور مطالعات پیشین نشان داده است که عوامل روانشناختی از جمله پذیرش بیماری و خودنظم جویی هیجانی در تشدید نشانگان رودۀ تحریک‌ پذیر و پیامدهای درمانی آن تأثیر بسزایی دارند. از جمله روش ‌های مؤثر بر افزایش پذیرش بیماری و بهبود خودنظمجویی هیجانی می‌توان به روش آموزش آرام سازی و آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی اشاره کرد.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی آموزش آرام‌ سازی و آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر پذیرش بیماری و خودنظم جویی هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به نشانگان رودۀ تحریک ‌پذیر انجام شد.
روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش ‌آزمون-پس ‌آزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به نشانگان رودۀ تحریک‌پذیر مراجعه کننده به مطب‌های پزشکان فوق تخصص گوارش در شمال غرب تهران از سال 1400 تا تیرماه سال 1401 بود که تشخیص نشانگان روده تحریک‌ پذیر را دریافت کرده بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 60 بیمار مبتلا به نشانگان رودۀ تحریک ‌پذیر انتخاب شد و سپس به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 20 نفری (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه) قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه‌های پذیرش بیماری مزمن (بیجام و همکاران، 2015) و خود نظم جویی هیجانی (سبک‌ های عاطفی) (هافمن و کاشدان، 2010) بود. هم‌چنین برای گروه آزمایش اول، آموزش آرام ‌سازی و برای گروه آزمایش دوم، آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ‌ای به صورت مجازی برگزار شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و نرم‌ افزار SPSS-26 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: یافته‌ ها نشان داد در مقایسه با آموزش آرام سازی، آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی به میزان بیشتری پذیرش بیماری را در مبتلایان به نشانگان روده تحریک پذیر افزایش می‌دهد. تفاوت اثر آرام سازی و آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر مؤلفه های تعهد به انجام کار (004/0 =P) و تمایل و رغبت به تحمل بیماری (034/0 =P) و به تبع آن بر نمرۀ کل پذیرش بیماری (001/0 =P) معنادار بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد آموزش آرام سازی روش مؤثری برای بهبود خودنظم جویی هیجانی در مبتلایان به نشانگان روده تحریک پذیر نیست ولی تفاوت اثر آرامسازی و آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر عوامل سازگاری (011/0 =P)، پنهانکاری (001/0 =P) و تحمل (008/0 =P) معنادار است.
نتیجه‌ گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر به نظر می ‌رسد، آموزش آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی در مقایسه با آموزش آرام سازی روش مؤثرتری برای افزایش پذیرش بیماری و بهبود خودنظم جویی هیجانی در مبتلایان به نشانگان روده تحریک پذیر است.
