زمینه: شفقت به خود به میزان احساس دلسوزی نسبت به خود در مواجهه با نقص ‌ها اشاره دارد و با کاهش اضطراب و افزایش رضایت از زندگی مرتبط است. مطالعات نشان داده ‌اند که درمان ‌های مختلف روانشناختی می‌ توانند بر میزان شفقت به خود، بخشایشگری و تعارض زناشویی زنان متأهل مؤثر باشند. اما خلاء پژوهشی در حوزه ‌ی درمان تک جلسه راه­ حل ­محور و همچنین مسائل روانشناختی زنان متأهل وجود دارد.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان تک جلسه ‌ای راه ­حل­ محور روی میزان شفقت به خود، بخشایشگری و تعارض زناشویی زنان متأهل انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش کاربردی و به روش طرح آزمایشی تک آزمودنی و از نوع خط پایه چندگانه (ABA) انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را تمام زنان متأهل دارای تعارض زناشویی شهر تهران در سال 1402 تشکیل دادند. نمونه ‌گیری پژوهش از طریق فراخوان و به ‌صورت داوطلبانه انجام شد. پس از بررسی ملاک ‌های ورود به پژوهش، در نهایت پنج نفر انتخاب و وارد مراحل خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری شدند. شرکت‌ کنندگان در این مراحل پرسشنامه شفقت به خود (نف، ۲۰۰۳) و پرسشنامه بخشش رنجش خاطر زناشویی (پالیری و همکاران، 2009) و پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (ثنایی و همکاران، 1387) را تکمیل کردند.
یافته ‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان تک جلسه راه­ حل­ محور بر افزایش میانگین شاخص درصد بهبودی شفقت به خود و بخشایشگری، همچنین کاهش میانگین شاخص درصد بهبودی تعارض زناشویی زنان متأهل در سطح معناداری 05/0 مؤثر بوده است.
نتیجه‌ گیری: تغییرات میانگین درصد بهبودی برای مداخله درمان تک جلسه راه­ حل ­محور بیانگر آن بود که این درمان می‌ تواند منجر به تغییر ات فوری در میزان شفقت به خود، بخشایشگری و تعارض زناشویی زنان متأهل شود. از نظر کاربردی، این یافته ‌ها می‌ توانند به مشاوران و روانشناسان کمک کنند تا از روش‌ های کارآمدتر و مؤثرتری برای مداخله در مشکلات زناشویی استفاده کنند.
