زمینه: توجه به مسائل جوانان به‌ویژه مشکلات روانشناختی آن‌ها، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در دوران همه گیری کووید- 19 دسترسی به گوشی های هوشمند زمینه ساز پرخاشگری، خشونت و اعتیاد در بسیاری از دانش ‌آموزان شد. لذا با استفاده از روش‌های درمانی مناسب باید به‌گونه‌ای عمل کرد که از شدت این مشکلات کاسته شود.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خشونت خانگی، پرخاشگری و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه در دانش ‌آموزان متوسطه اول شهر سنندج انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش شناسی شبه آزمایشی از سری طرح های پیش‌ آزمون-پس ‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر از دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر سنندج بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت کاملاً تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه آموزش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کردند؛ درحالی‌که گروه گواه هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکردند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های خشونت نوجوانان (الساداتحاجتی و همکاران، 1387)، پرسشنامه پرخاشگری (زاهدیفر و همکاران، 1376) و پرسشنامه اعتیاد به تلفن همراه (سواری، 1393) استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع ‌آوری ‌شده به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
یافته ‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که نمرات گروه آزمایشی در خشونت، پرخاشگری و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه در مقایسه با گروه گواه کاهش یافته است. به ‌عبارت‌ دیگر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش خشونت، پرخاشگری و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه نوجوانان اثربخش است (05/0 >P).
نتیجه ‌گیری: با توجه به یافته ‌های پژوهش می‌ توان از رویکرد آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به‌ عنوان برنامه مؤثر برای کاهش و مدیریت خشم و خشونت و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه در نوجوانان در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی، توسط مشاوران و مددکاران استفاده نمود.
