زمینه: در سال‌های اخیر، افزایش آگاهی درباره چالش‌های روان‌شناختی والدین کودکان اتیستیک، به‌ویژه مادران، موجب توجه بیشتر به نیازهای این گروه شده است. در این راستا، دو رویکرد درمانی معتبر، یعنی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و مصاحبه انگیزشی، به‌عنوان ابزارهایی برای حمایت از والدین و بهبود سلامت روان آنها مطرح شده‌اند. با این حال، تحقیقات موجود عمدتاً به بررسی اثرات جداگانه این رویکردها پرداخته‌اند و شکاف‌های قابل توجهی در مقایسه مستقیم اثر بخشی آن‌ها بر انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی والدینی مادران وجود دارد.
هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کاهش فرسودگی والدینی و افزایش انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی مادران دارای کودکان اتیستیک بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و دورۀ پیگیری یک‌ماهه با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را تمامی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم تحت پوشش آموزش و پرورش استثنایی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش 45 نفر از مادران واجد شرایط بودند که اعضای نمونه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی پذیرش و تعهد (15 نفر) و مصاحبه انگیزشی (15 نفر) و یک گروه گواه (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه فرسودگی والدینی (راسکام و همکاران، 2018) و پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی (دنیس و وندروال،2010) استفاده شد. درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (هیز، 1999)، بصورت 8 جلسه 75 دقیقهای ومصاحبه انگیزشی (فیلدر، 2002) شامل 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای به‌صورت هفته‌ای یک‌بار برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و مصاحبه انگیزشی در بهبود انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و کاهش فرسودگی والدینی تاثیر دارد(001/0>P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد نسبت به مصاحبه انگیزشی نقش بیشتری در کاهش فرسودگی والدینی(001/0>P) و افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی(020/0>P) مادران دارای فرزند با اختلال طیف اتیسم دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که هر دو رویکرد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و مصاحبه انگیزشی به‌طور معناداری در بهبود انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و کاهش فرسودگی والدینی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم تأثیرگذار هستند. به‌ویژه، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به‌طور معناداری از اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به مصاحبه انگیزشی برخوردار بوده و به کاهش فرسودگی والدینی و افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی کمک می‌کند. این نتایج بر ضرورت طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برای والدین کودکان اتیستیک تأکید می‌کند و می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی برای توسعه مداخلات بالینی و آموزشی در این حوزه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
