زمینه: با توجه به این که اضطراب و تروماهای دوران کودکی مادر بر رفتار او با کودک و به ویژه سبک فرزندپروری تأثیرگذار است، بررسی تأثیر این متغیرها بر مشکلات درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی کودک مهم تلقی می‌شود. علی‌رغم اهمیت موضوع، رابطۀ بین تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر با مشکلات درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی کودکان با میانجی‌گری فرزندپروری مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در ایران مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است.
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی نقش میانجی‌گر فرزندپروری مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در رابطه بین اضطراب و تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر با مشکلات درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی کودک بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای کودک دبستانی در شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود که 370 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسش‎نامه‌های افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (آنتونی و همکاران، 1998)، فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه (مک کافری و همکاران، 2015)، ترومای کودکی (برنشتاین و همکاران، 2003) بود. هم‌چنین داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-27 و R.4.3.1 تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی برازش بسیار خوبی دارد. هم‌چنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین اضطراب و تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر با مشکلات درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار (01/0 P<)، بین اضطراب و تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر با فرزندپروری مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی رابطۀ منفی و معنادار (01/0 P<) و بین فرزندپروری مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و مشکلات درونی‌سازی برونی‌سازی نیز رابطۀ منفی و معناداری (01/0 P<) وجود دارد. هم‌چنین نتایج معادلات ساختاری نقش میانجی‌گر بودن در زمان حال با کودک را بین تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر و اضطراب افسردگی کودک (041/0 P=) و بین تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر و شکایات جسمانی کودک (066/0 P=) تأیید کرد
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، با افزایش ذهن‌آگاهی والدین در بافت فرزندپروری به ویژه مقولۀ بودن در زمان حال با کودک می‌توان تا حدی اثرات منفی تجارب نامطلوب دوران کودکی مادر بر مشکلات درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی کودکان را کاهش داد.
