چکیده: (443 مشاهده)
زمینه: در چند دهۀ گذشته، خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی به یکی از مشکلات کلیدی سلامت در حوزه روانشناسی نوجوانان تبدیل شده است. تا کنون از درمان شناختی - رفتاری به‌عنوان یک درمان رایج برای کاهش علائم بالینی در افراد مبتلا به خودجرحی استفاده شده است، اما در مورد بررسی اثربخشی درمان فرایندمدار بر کاهش علائم بالینی این دسته از افراد و مقایسۀ اثربخشی آن با درمان شناختی - رفتاری، خلأ پژوهشی وجود دارد.
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمان فرایندمدار و درمان شناختی - رفتاری بر نشانگان بالینی دختران با سابقه خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه و پیگیری دو ماهه بود.جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شامل تمامی دختران نوجوان ۱۳ تا ۱۸ سال با سابقۀ خودجرحی مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی آموزش‌وپرورش ناحیه دو شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی1404- 1403 بودکه از بین آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 45 نفر انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش (درمان فرایندمدار و درمان شناختی - رفتاری) و یک گروه گواه گمارش شدند. دادههای پژوهش نیز با استفاده از مقیاس‌های افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (لویباند و لویباند، 1995) جمع‌آوری شدند. هم‌چنین برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش نیز از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارSPSS-27 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو نوع درمان فرایندمدار و درمان شناختی - رفتاری بر کاهش نشانگان بالینی دختران با سابقه خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی مؤثر هستند (01/0>P)، ولی بین دو این دو نوع درمان تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (05/0<P). هم‌چنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نیز حاکی از آن بود که تداوم تأثیر هر دو نوع درمان، در مرحلۀ پیگیری نیز ادامه داشته است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی هر دو نوع درمان مورد استفاده در این پژوهش (درمان فرایندمدار و درمان شناختی - رفتاری) بر کاهش علایم بالینی دختران با سابقه خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی، پیشنهاد می‌شود درمانگرانی که با این دسته از نوجوانان سر و کار دارند از این شیوه‌های درمانی برای درمان و پیشگیری از خودجرحی و خودکشی در نوجوانان استفاده کنند.
