زمینه: نوجوانان مقیم مراکز شبه‌خانواده به دلیل شرایط خاص خود اغلب با چالش‌های قابل توجهی در زمینه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی مواجه هستند. با وجود اهمیت حیاتی حمایت مؤثر از این گروه آسیب‌پذیر، پژوهش‌های اندکی به طور اختصاصی به بررسی اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند برای مراقبان این مراکز پرداخته‌اند.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی «مراقب مؤثر» بر بهبود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی نوجوانان مقیم مراکز شبه‌خانواده انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه به صورت شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی نوجوانان پسر مقیم مراکز شبه‌خانواده سازمان بهزیستی در استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال 1402 بودند که 30 نوجوان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده از میان این جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. سپس، این30 نوجوان با استفاده از روش تصادفی (قرعه کشی) به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش در برنامه آموزشی 10 جلسه‌ای «مراقب مؤثر» شرکت کردند. این برنامه آموزشی بر اساس مبانی نظری دلبستگی، حمایت اجتماعی و یادگیری اجتماعی، و با توجه به ویژگی‌های رشدی نوجوانی و چالش‌های خاص نوجوانان مقیم مراکز طراحی شده بود. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (ریف، 1989) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی کالیفرنیا (کلارک و همکاران، 1939) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-26 تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری آماری 0/05 > P در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که برنامه آموزشی «مراقب مؤثر» اثر معناداری بر بهبود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی نوجوانان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه داشته است (P<0.05). به طور خاص، تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان گروه آزمایش (در تمام ابعاد مورد سنجش) به طور معناداری نسبت به گروه گواه بهبود یافته است. بیشترین اندازه اثر در ابعاد بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مربوط به روابط مثبت با دیگران (اندازه اثر = 0.535) مشاهده شد. همچنین، سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی نوجوانان گروه آزمایش نیز به طور معناداری افزایش یافته بود، و بیشترین اندازه اثر در مؤلفه سازگاری اجتماعی (اندازه اثر = 0.620) گزارش شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی معنادار برنامه آموزشی «مراقب مؤثر» می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که سرمایه‌گذاری بر آموزش و توانمندسازی مراقبان این مراکز، یک راهکار عملی و مؤثر برای ارتقای سلامت روان و سازگاری نوجوانان این مراکز است. لذا، پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولین و سیاست‌گذاران سازمان بهزیستی، اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی مشابه «مراقب مؤثر» را به عنوان بخشی از راهبردهای حمایتی خود برای بهبود وضعیت نوجوانان تحت پوشش در مراکز شبه‌خانواده مد نظر قرار دهند.
